Karbantartás

 

Az egyik leginkább figyelmen kívül hagyott dolog a Linux szervereknél az hogy szükség van rendszeres karbantartásra. Az igaz hogy a Linux egy stabil és biztonságos rendszer, de ennek az állapotnak a fenntartásához szükséges időközönként ránézni a szerverre, és elvégezni a szükséges feladatokat.

Összeszedtem egy listába a karbantartási feladatokat amivel megőrizhetjük a rendszerünk biztonságos és gyors állapotát. A többi cikkel ellentétbe itt nem egy parancs gyűjtemény áll hanem egy lista az elvégzendő feladatokról.

A tennivalók rendszerességéről mindenki döntse el hogy milyen gyakorisággal akarja csinálni, de ajánlott heti egy alakalommal elvégezni ezeket.

Akkor már nem is húznám tovább a szót. Hókuszpókusz abrakadabra csiribum-csiriba tadám! Íme a lista:

  • Minden rendelkezésre álló frissítés telepítése.
  • Hibanaplók (log) és esetleges problémák megvizsgálása.
  • Email és adatbázis rendszer vizsgálat.
  • Biztonsági mentés ellenőrzés, mentések integritásának ellenőrzése.
  • Rendelkezésre álló erőforrások ellenőrzése. Az erőforrások felhasználásának történelmi áttekintése összehasonlítása, hogy időben felismerjük a hardver bővítés szükségességét.
  • Önmegtámadás. Távolról végzett sebezhetőség teszt.
  • Ellenőrzés hogy nincs rootkit telepítve.
  • Szerver teljesítmény optimalizálás. Szükségtelen szolgáltatások kikapcsolása, kulcsfontosságú szolgáltatásoknak több erőforrás hozzárendelés.
